By Metro

Piazza Cavour (Line 2) is the closest stop: cross Via Foria and walk about 400 m down Via Duomo.

Duomo (Line 1), at Piazza Nicola Amore, is about 500 m away at the other end of Via Duomo.

From Dante (Line 1), walk through Port'Alba to Via dei Tribunali, then turn left onto Via Duomo.

By Bus

ANM city buses run along Corso Umberto I and Via Foria, at either end of Via Duomo.

Routes change, so check the current timetable before you set off.

By Car

The historic center is a limited traffic zone (ZTL) with camera-controlled gates, so driving in is not recommended.

Visitors with reduced mobility can use the De Santo Gardes car park on Via Giuseppe dei Ruffi, just over 100 m from the museum. The car park registers your plate so you can cross the Via Duomo ZTL without a fine.

Spaces are limited, so call the car park before you drive through the gate.

On Foot

From Via dei Tribunali or Spaccanapoli, the museum is only a few minutes' walk.

Follow the signs for the Duomo and look for the porticoes to the right of the cathedral.
